Stir Fry Sesame Chicken

4 Tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil

3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 green pepper, sliced

1 sweet onion, sliced

1 8 oz pkg mushrooms

2 Tbsp Galena Garlic Toasted Sesame Seasoning

2 Tbsp Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1/2 cup Pineapple or Honey Ginger Balsamic Vinegar

1 Tbsp brown sugar

1/8 cup soy sauce

Red pepper flakes

White or brown rice cooked

Slice chicken breasts into 1" cubes and saute in the Garlic Olive Oil and 2 Tbsp of Toasted Sesame Oil util done. Add peppers and onions and saute for 2-3 minutes (do not overcook). Add mushrooms last and saute with the other vegetables. Mix together in a small glass bowl the Pineapple or Honey Ginger Balsamic, soy sauce, brown sugar and remaining Toasted Sesame Oil. Add red pepper flakes to taste. add mixture to meat and vegetables in the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes longer making sure all are coated with the sauce and heated through. Sprinkle Galena Garlic Toasted Sesame Seasoning on top and serve with white or brown rice.
