Our handcrafted Roasted Walnut Oil is made in Saumur, France strictly following 150 year old traditional methods. Slowly roasted to perfection, expeller-pressed and lightly filtered, this oil adds a rich, nutty tasted to salad dressing, pasta, grilled meat or fish, baked pastries, and is perfect to dip with bread.
Notes: Use in salads with our Red Wine Vinegar or Strawberry Balsamic to create a simple but flavorful vinaigrette.
