Central Street Old World Seasoning

This workhorse blend of 30 spices is named after the vibrant neighborhood around the flagship store of The Spice House in Evanston, Illinois. When we asked the meatloaf mavens, "What's the secret to a delicious Midwestern meatloaf?" this seasoning was their answer. It is also great in stews and on roasted vegetables. 

Ingredients: Paprika, kosher salt, spices, cane sugar, celery, garlic, onion, turmeric, parsley, arrowroot
