Belizean Jerk Hot Sauce

Gindos Hot Sauce. We brought back the first limited hot sauce we ever made, just in time for grilling season! Not only will this make and amazing jerk chicken, it also works as a marinade or finishing sauce for pork, beef, or fish. Also mix with guacamole for an exotic twist on the classic dip/spread.
