Oh Olive Mini Cooking Classes: a Series of 3 for the Holidays!

Oh Olive will be offering a series of three mini classes of one hour each on Sunday mornings from 10-11:30.  The store will be closed to customers, except the class participants who will be involved in the class. Class members will have private shopping time after the cooking demonstration and also receive 10% off purchases the day of the class. Each participant will also receive a 60 ml bottle of one of the olive oils used in the recipes, as well as the recipes prepared. 

Class participants can register for one class or all three. Registrants who sign up for all three classes will receive a 10.00 gift certificate to use on store products on the day of the 3rd class.  Mini classes will be 40.00 per person. Classes limited to 10 participants.

No worries, we’ve got you covered with our Baked Pineapple Salmon & Veggies!  Prepared all in one pan, this recipe is as delicious as it is elegant, for a dinner party or just a family dinner. Prepared with our Honey Ginger Balsamic & flavorful Sesame Oil, this dish is brushed with a special marinade to bring out the subtle taste of the salmon.  With the pineapples and lime wedges giving a hint of sweetness, this dish is a sure crowd pleaser.  Assorted veggies complete the arrangement and provide a healthy and delicious side dish to this superb salmon entree. You will receive the recipes and a 60 ml bottle of one of the oils or balsamic used in the Baked Pineapple Salmon.
