Winning “Gold” at this year’s LA Olive Oil Competition, our complex Ogliarola has delicate yet harmonious notes of asparagus, artichoke, banana, almond and lemon peel. It is a mono-varietal extra virgin olive oil that hails from Puglia and Basilicata, in southern Italy. Buttery, bold, & smooth, it is delicious in bruschetta rustica on toasted bread with garlic.

Notes:  Try over salads with virtually any of our balsamic vinegars, on gazpacho or other chilled summer soups, as a finishing oil for your steaks, chops, and other grilled meats, in herb marinades, and as a dressing for grilled vegetables.
