Delicious Pull Apart Olive Bread

Try our amazing recipe for pull-apart olive bread.  You can use your favorite olives, but a variety will increase the great flavors. We use our Red Pepper Stuffed, Almond Stuffed, La Abuela with Onions, Gordal Stuffed with Garlic, Lemon Stuffed, & Orange Stuffed in our recipe. Delicious as an appetizer or served with any main dish! 

Ingredients: 12 unbaked dinner rolls, thawed (in the frozen section at the grocery),1/4 cup each of the olives listed above, 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, 1/2 cup crumbled Feta Cheese, 2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning, 2 tablespoons Oh Olive Garlic Olive Oil

Instructions: Spray a loaf pan with olive oil. Place 12 dinner rolls into the pan. Nestle in all of the different varieties of olive & sun-dried tomatoes between the rolls. Cover with wax paper & a clean towel. Allow 3-4 hours for the loaf to rise about an inch or so above the loaf pan. Remove wax paper & towel. Sprinkle on the Italian Seasoning & the Feta Cheese. Drizzle the Garlic Olive Oil evenly over all. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes or until the loaf is sufficiently browned on top and cooked through. Remove from pan and cool. Serve by pulling apart the rolls from the loaf.

 

Note: You can add any kind of cheese (Cheddar, Mozzarella, Parmesan, etc), onions, garlic, Pepperoni, chopped red peppers, etc. Easy recipe to adapt to your favorite ingredients.
