Oh, Olive! Greek Salad

1 cup Delizia Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 whole large lemon, juiced
2-4 Tbsp dried oregano
3 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp dried basil
2 Tbsp Delizia Sherry Reserva Wine Vinegar
1/2 tsp Galena Garlic Sea Salt
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper
1/4 cup parmesan cheese

1 large romaine lettuce, chopped
2-3 plum tomatoes, cut into wedges
1 English cucumber, sliced
1 red onion, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1/2 lb. Feta cheese
1 cup olives

Dressing needs to be prepared 2 hours ahead to blend the flavors. Allow to sit at room temperature before serving.

Toss salad ingredients, add dressing just before serving.

Makes 6-8 servings
