18 Year Traditional Best Ever Pork Roast

3-4 lb boneless pork loin
1 pkg. Galena Garlic Coffee Rub
1/2 pkg. Oh Olive Garlic Seasoning
1 cup Delizia 18 Year Traditional Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 cup water
3 Tbsp Gravy Master

Place pork roast in 9 x 13 pan.
Sprinkle coffee rub and garlic seasoning over the roast. Add 1/2 cup water and Gravy Master to bottom of pan. Bake at 375 degrees one hour or until done.

Meanwhile, reduce the cup of 18 Year Traditional Balsamic in a small saucepan until thick. Reserve.

When pork is done, slice thinly and drizzle the thickened 18 Year Balsamic over slices on the plate. You can also make gravy from the pan drippings and serve that over mashed potatoes.
