Aruban Style Pizza with Garlic Olive Oil

4 tbsp Delizia Garlic Olive Oil, divided
1/4 cup minced onion
1/4 cup minced green pepper
1 cup shredded cooked chicken
1/3 cup coarsely chopped raisins
1/3 cup plain tomato sauce
1 (10 oz.) 12-inch thin prepared pizza crust or 1 (13.8 oz.) tube refrigerated pizza dough
1 cup (4 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese
2/3 cup halved Lindsay Ripe Pitted Olives
1 cup (4 oz.) shredded Gouda or smoked Gouda cheese

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Heat 1 tbsp of the garlic oil in a large skillet over medium, high heat, add onion and green pepper and sauce 4-5 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Remove pan from heat, stir in chicken, raisins, and tomato sauce.

Place pizza crust on a baking sheet, brush rim of crust with remaining 1 tbsp of olive oil. Topcrust with sauce mixture. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over pizza; top with olives and Gouda cheese. Bake 10-14 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
