Asian Noodle Salad


1/2 cup Delizia 18 year Traditional Balsamic Vinegar
2 Tbsp Delizia Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tsp Delizia Sesame Oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup soy sauce
4 tsp brown sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter

1 handful cilantro, chopped
1 handful basil, chopped
2 green onions, diced finely
1/2 red bell pepper, julienned
1/2 yellow bell pepper, julienned
1 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup toasted peanuts or almonds
1 package Rossi Asian Noodles (cook according to package instructions)

Dressing: Combine all ingredients. Heat on stove until peanut butter is melted and blended with other ingredients. Cool. Toss salad ingredients with dressing and refrigerate at least two hours before serving.

Makes 4-6 servings
