Baked Tuna with Stuffing

 1 cup each ground raw carrots and raw celery

1/2 cup chopped onion (fine)

1/2 cup soft bread crumbs

1/4 cup Delizia Butter Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 tsp lemon juice

1/2 tsp parsley

1/4 tsp Oh, Olive! Garlic Seasoning

1 lb tuna steaks

salt and pepper

Combine vegetables, crumbs, melted butter, lemon juice and seasonings to make stuffing.  Place tuna steaks in pan lightly oiled with olive oil.  Sprinkle with salt and pepper.  Mound stuffing over each steak.  Bake 400° for 25 minutes.
