Balsamic Roast Beef

3-5 lb sirloin beef roast, or any beef roast of your choice

3-4 cloves garlic, peeled

4 potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks

1/4 cup Traditional 18 Year Balsamic Vinegar

3 Tbsp Arbosana (or other Natural) Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 onion, peeled and cut into quarters

6-8 shakes Worcestershire sauce

1/4 cup water

1 tsp Garlic powder

Salt and pepper

Place roast beef in a roast pan. Season with salt, pepper and garlic cloves. Top with drizzle Extra Virgin Olive Oil and a couple shakes of Worcestershire sauce. Add cut onion and potatoes to the roast pan with beef roast. Top with additional Worcestershire sauce and pour Traditional 18 Year Balsamic overs roast and vegetables. Season with additional salt and pepper. Add 1/4 cup water to bottom of roast pan. Place in preheated 400 degree oven. Cook for 2 hours (add 30 to 35 minutes longer for well done). Baste potatoes with pan juices during cooking to keep from drying out. Cover with foil and let rest 10 minutes before slicing.
