Balsamic Tuna


4 Tbsp Delizia 18 Year Traditional Balsamic Vinegar

1 clove garlic, minced

2 Tbsp Delizia Extra Virgin Olive Oil

3 Tbsp orange marmalade

2 plum tomatoes, diced

1/2 sweet onion, diced

4 tuna steaks, cut 3/4 inch thick


Preheat oven to 450°F.  Place steaks in baking dish with 1 Tbsp of the olive oil to coat the dish.  Bake for 6 to 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.


Meanwhile, heat remaining oil in skillet over medium-high heat.  Add onion and garlic and cook 1 minute.  Add tomatoes.  Stir in marmalade and vinegar.  Simmer until thick, about 3 minutes.  Serve salsa over tuna.
