Best Ever Pork Roast with Traditional 18 Year Balsamic

3-4 lb boneless pork loin roast

1 pkg Galena Garlic Coffee BBQ Rub

1/2 pkg Oh Olive Garlic Blend Seasoning

1 cup Traditional 18 Year Balsamic Vinegar

1/2 cup water

3 Tbsp Gravy Master

Mix Coffee BBQ and Oh Olive Garlic Seasonings together on a flat plate. Roll pork loin roast in seasoning mixture to coat entire roast. Place port loin roast in a 9 x 13 pan. Add 1/2 cup water and Gravy Master to bottom of pan and bake at 375 degrees for one hour or until done.

Meanwhile, reduce the Traditional 18 Year Balsamic in a small saucepan over medium heat until thick. Set aside.

When pork roast is done, cover with foil and let rest 10 minutes. Thinly slice roast and drizzle the thickened Traditional 18 Year Balsamic over slices on the plate. 

Pan drippings can be made into gravy and served over mashed potatoes as a side.
