Black Cherry Balsamic Brownies

12 brownies

Ingredients

½ jar of Maraschino Cherries, chopped (or dried cherries or cranberries)
1/4 cup Delizia Black Cherry Balsamic Vinegar
¼ cup water
¼ cup Arbosana or Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil
¼ cup Blood Orange Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 large pkg. Dark Chocolate Chips
2 8x8 or 

Directions

Make brownies according to package directions substituting the olive oil for the vegetable oil and the balsamic for the water in the directions. Mix 50 strokes and add the chocolate chips. Pour into 13x9 greased and floured pan. Bake at 350⁰ for 20 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean. Note: You may also substitute dried cherries for the maraschino cherries in the recipe.
