Cheesy Party Potatoes with Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2-3 lbs. hash browns
1 pint sour cream
1 can cream mushroom soup
1 can cream chicken soup
1/2 can milk
1 8 oz-12 oz shredded cheddar
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup Delizia Butter Extra Virgin Olive Oil
crushed potato chips or cornflakes
salt and pepper to taste

Mix and place in 9 x 13 pan. Reserve 2 tsp of Butter olive oil for drizzling on top. Top with crushed potato chips or cornflakes & 2 tsp of the Butter olive Oil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
