Chicken Pasta with Lemon Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Ingredients

4 chicken breasts, sliced and sautéed (or grilled) in 2 Tbsp Delizia Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Zest of 1 lemon

1/3 cup lemon juice

1/2 cup Delizia Lemon Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1-2 large garlic cloves, minced

1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced

2 Tbsp fresh thyme or basil, chopped

salt and freshly course ground black pepper

1 lb favorite pasta, cooked

Parmesan cheese for garnish

Directions

Zest or grate the lemon and combine with the lemon juice, olive oil, garlic cloves, olives, thyme, and the salt and pepper in a large serving bowl.  Toss the hot cooked pasta with the sauce.  Layer the sautéed or grilled chicken on top.  Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and serve.
