Cinnamon Pear Balsamic Pork Chops

2 lbs pork chops
1/2 cup Delizia Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 cup Delizia Cinnamon Pear Balsamic Vinegar
Galena Garlic Sea Salt
ground black pepper to taste

Mix balsamic, olive oil, salt and pepper in a glass bowl and pour over chops, seal in a Ziplock bag and refrigerate for 2 hours. Grill over medium heat for 5 minutes each side.
