Creamy Goat Cheese Pesto

2 cups fresh basil
1/2 cup Delizia Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
8 oz. Chèvre goat cheese
1/2 tsp each Galena Garlic seasoning and Galena Garlic Pesto Seasoning


Mix all ingredients in food processor or blender and process into a smooth paste. Use as a dip, spread on crackers, or serve over hot pasta.

Makes 3 1/2 cups
