Easy Summer Vegetable Salad

1 baby zucchini

1 baby yellow squash

1 small seedless cucumber

1 pint grape tomatoes

1 cup feta cheese, cut into chunks

2 Tbsp Milanese Gremolata Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 Tbsp Sicilian Lemon Balsamic Vinegar

1 tsp Galena Garlic Lemon Herb Seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Wash and cut zucchini, squash and cucumber into bite sized cubes. Cut grape tomatoes in half and add to other vegetables. Drizzle Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil and Sicilian Lemon Balsamic over vegetable mixture. Toss gently to coat each piece. Add feta cheese and Lemon Herb Seasoning. Toss gently to blend. Add salt and pepper to taste.
