Pizza:
1 (12 inch) prepared pizza crust
1 tbsp Delizia Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 tsp dried oregano, divided
1 cup tomato or marinara sauce
2 cups (8 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup (2 oz.) crumbled Feta cheese
Salad Topping:
2 cups torn salad greens
1 cup chopped cooked chicken
1 (3.8 oz.) can sliced ripe olives, drained
1 small tomato, diced
4 pepperoncini peppers, sliced
1/2 cup (2 oz.) crumbled Feta cheese
1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
1/3 cup Delizia Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 tbsp Sherry wine vinegar
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Heat grill to medium (or heat oven as directed on pizza crust package). For pizza, brush olive oil and sprinkle 1 tsp of the oregano over crust. Top with tomato sauce, mozzarella, and feta cheese. Sprinkle remaining 2 tsp oregano over pizza. For grill, place pizza on aluminum foil and grill covered for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown. For oven, bake as directed on pizza crust package. Meanwhile, for salad topping, in a large bowl, combine all salad ingredients, toss well. Add salad to the top of the pizza, grill or bake one additional minute.
