Grilled Vegetables with Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 each green, red, and yellow peppers
1-2 large sweet onion
1 each small zucchini and yellow squash sliced
3/4 cup Delizia Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tsp Galena Garlic Seasoning (hot or regular garlic blend)
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 cup fresh squeezed orange juice

Slice peppers and onion into strips or wedges. Place in a 9 x 13 glass container. Mix oil and spices together, add juice. Pour over vegetables and toss lightly. Place in tin foil and grill until tender, or place into the oven and roast 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Makes 4-6 servings
