Italian Green Beans with Olive-Tomato Dressing

1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
1/3 cup (1 oz) thin strips reduced fat pepperoni or dry salami
2 Tbsp Delizia Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp minced garlic
1 cup halved ripe pitted olives
1 cup seeded, chopped tomato
2 Tbsp Delizia 18 Year Traditional Balsamic Vinegar
1 tsp dried marjoram or oregano leaves
salt and pepper to taste (optional)

Boil or steam green beans until tender crisp. Drain and immediately cover beans with cold water. Let stand until cool. Drain well, arrange on a serving platter.

Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine pepperoni, olive oil and garlic. Heat over medium heat until pepperoni begins to sizzle. Remove from heat, stir in olives, tomatoes, vinegar and marjoram. Season with salt and pepper if desired. Spoon
mixture over beans.
