Mahi Mahi with Almonds & Garlic Olive Oil

 

1/4 cup each Delizia Butter and Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1/2 tsp each salt, dry basil leaves, and dry parsley leaves

1 Tbsp lemon juice

1/4 tsp pepper

2 lbs mahi mahi fillets, cooked

1/2 cup oven roasted almonds, no salt and sliced

 

In saucepan, heat butter oil over low heat.  Add garlic oil, salt, lemon juice, pepper, basil, and parsley and cook with mahi mahi for 3 minutes until heated through and well seasoned.  Sprinkle almonds over mahi mahi then drizzle left over cooked seasoned mixture over almonds and fish.  Serve immediately with a side of Persian Lime Aioli or Garlic Salsa and rice.
