Mediterranean Green Beans

1 lb fresh green beans
1 large onion, chopped
4 tbsp Delizia Cilantro & Roasted Onion Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 green pepper, seeded and chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1/2 cup water
3-6 Tbsp Delizia Whole Fruit Lemon Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Remove ends and strings from green beans. Cut beans in 2 inch lengths.
In a wide frying plan, cook onion in oil over high heat, stirring until onion is sog but not brown. Add green pepper and celery, cook over moderate heat, covered, for 5 minutes, stir occasionally. Add beans and water to vegetables and continue to cook, covered, over moderate heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Drizzle with Delizia Lemon Extra Virgin Olive Oil just before serving.
