1 bag fresh spinach washed and dried
1 quart fresh strawberries sliced
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Feta or Blue Cheese crumbles
Dressing
1 cup Delizia Roasted Walnut Oil
1/2 cup Delizia Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar
Combine and toss all ingredients. Whisk oil and vinegar well. Add dressing just before serving.
