1 lb fresh tuna (4 pieces)
1 tsp dried thyme
1 Tbsp plus 1 tsp Persian Lime Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Fresh ground black pepper to taste
1/4 sweet red pepper, sliced thinly
Lime wedges for garnish
preheat oven to 350 degrees. If necessary, trim dark parts from tuna. In a small bowl, combine thyme, Persian Lime Extra Olive Oil,and black pepper itot a smooth paste. Rub into each piece of fish.
Place fish in a ovenproof glass baking dish and bake uncovered until cooked through, 30-45 minutes, depending on the thickness of your tuna fillets. Place fish on serving platter and serve hot, strewn with slivered red pepper and lime wedge on the side.
