How about a delicious Fall chicken dish? Red Apple Balsamic chicken........sound good? Here it is!
Red Apple Balsamic Chicken
8-4oz boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup water
1/2 cup olive oil
4 tbsp Delizia Red Apple balsamic vinegar
4 tsp dried onion flakes
3 tsp Galena Garlic Italian seasoning
3 tsp ground mustard
2 tsp fresh thyme chopped
2 tsp salt
2 tsp black pepper
Mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Italian seasoning, thyme, salt, pepper and onion flakes in 1 gallon re-sealable plastic bag along with 8 -4oz boneless/skinless chicken breasts. Allow chicken to marinate for at least one hour. (I usually do all day while I am at work.)
Place chicken on grill and brown on both sides. Then cook until the meat is completely done; at least fifteen-twenty minutes.
Serve with roasted veggies and your favorite rice dish. For easy roasting of veggies (Make a rectangle with heavy duty aluminum foil. Cut in chunks some zucchini, green peppers, sweet onions, tomatoes and mushrooms; drizzle with Tuscan Herb olive oil & 18 Year Balsamic, and grill lightly alongside your chicken)
