Simple but Divine Roast Turkey

 

10-12 lb turkey

1/2 cup Delizia Mushroom & Sage Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 tsp Galena Garlic Sea Salt

 

Prepare turkey for roasting by rising inside and outside well.  Pat outside of turkey dry with paper towels.  Place in roasting pan and rub mushroom & sage olive oil over the outside and inside of the turkey.  Sprinkle 1 tsp of the sea salt lightly over the turkey outside and rub 1 tsp in the inside.  Roast according to package directions, basting every 30 minutes with the oil.  Make a tent out of a piece of tin foil and place lightly over the turkey before placing it in the oven.
