1/2 cup each Delizia Chipotle Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Delizia Peach White Balsamic Vinegar
2 minced garlic cloves
1 tbsp each of Delizia Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil and dried oregano
1 tsp red pepper flakes
3 cups mixed chopped vegetables: broccoli, cauliflower, celery, onion (sweet white and red), peppers (green, red, hot)
salt and pepper to taste
Chop vegetables and steam together 5-8 minutes until just tender. Chill for at least 1 hour prior to serving. Whisk together fresh olive oil and vinegar. Mix in minced garlic cloves, dried oregano and red pepper flakes. Pour this mixture over vegetables and stir to coat. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
