4 Tbsp Delizia Roasted Sesame Oil
3 boneless and skinless chicken breasts
1 green pepper sliced
1 sweet onion sliced
1 8 oz. pkg. mushrooms
2 Tbsp Galena Garlic Toasted Sesame Seasoning
2 Tbsp Delizia Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 cup Delizia Pineapple Balsamic Vinegar
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1/8 cup soy sauce
white or brown rice
Slice chicken breasts into 1” cubes and saute in the garlic oil and 2 Tbsp of the sesame oil until done. Add peppers and onions and saute for 2-3 minutes (do not overcook). Add mushrooms last and saute with the other vegetables. Mix together in a small glass bowl the pineapple balsamic, soy sauce, brown sugar and remaining sesame oil. Add red pepper flakes to taste. Add mixture to meat and vegetables in the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes longer making sure all are coated with the sauce and heated through. Sprinkle toasted sesame seasoning on top.
Serve with white or brown rice.
