This dark vinegar is made with natural figs and our 12 Year Aged Balsamic Vinegar from Modena, Italy. Great harmony - rich and full of fig flavor. One of our best selling vinegars, this balsamic is excellent with goat cheese and other soft cheeses. Ask for our recipe for a dynamite appetizer with this amazing balsamic!
