Our beautiful Three Leaf Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP is inspired by the Tradition of the Barriques in Italian Attics.

This smooth full bodied balsamic vinegar is made from the must of seven grape varieties including Lambrusco, Ancellota, Albania, Fontana, Montana, Mangroves and Trenbiano, which are cooked, caramelized and barrel aged. It is perfectly paired with grilled meat and vegetables.
