Our delicate Australian Hojiblanca displays fruity notes of banana mash, fig leaf and sun ripened tomato with a creamy confectionery middle. Great as a mild dipping oil, over pasta, veggies, and the grill, it also combines well with any of our balsamic vinegars for a
dressing or marinade.
Notes: For the mild olive oil lover, this Hoji will be delightful in all applications, especially those where just a drizzle is required. Use over veggies for roasting, in the pan for frying eggs, on toast & biscuits, and anywhere where just a sprinkle of olive oil is required.
