Description: Our Spanish Hojiblanca displays incredibly aromatic notes of fresh ripe peach with a green center. The finish is balanced with a floral complexity and lingering pungency. The bitterness of unripe fruits and almonds this variety is known for comes out in its finish.
Notes: Hojiblanca olive oil is one of the best cooking oils. We love it to sauté in the fry pan! In addition to frying, Hojiblanca is recommended for bread making, pastas and pastries due to the ideal consistency and texture it gives to dough.
