Our ever popular Australian Hojiblanca displays notes of sweet melon, tropical fruit, and creamy green almond. The finish is delicate with a pleasing amount of pepper. Our Australian Hojiblanca features a grassy aroma with flavors of grass, apples and nuts. It has a full body with a creamy and buttery consistency. The bitterness of unripe fruits and almonds this variety is known for comes out in its finish. 

Notes: Hojiblanca olive oil is one of the best cooking oils. In addition to frying, Hojiblanca is recommended for bread making, pastas and pastries due to the ideal consistency and texture it gives dough.
