The juice of sweet Sicilian lemons has been added to Modena’s White Balsamic vinegar to produce this unique vinegar. Sweet and mild like its American Meyer Lemon counterpart, the Sicilian Lemon does not have the overly tart flavor found in many inferior lemon flavored vinegars.
Notes: Those who like to use lemon juice on their salads will welcome the rich flavor of Lemon Balsamic vinegar. You can also drizzle it straight over fired, baked, and broiled fish and shellfish, and you can use it in marinades and fruit salads.
