Description: 

Made with White Trebbiano Grape Must (juice), our peach balsamic Vinegar does not undergo the cooking and barrel aging process of dark balsamic vinegar of Modena. The result is crisp vinegar with a touch of sweetness reminiscent of handcrafted vinegars from Northern Italy.

Notes: It is fantastic over a mixed fruit salad, and it makes a truly delicious Peach Punch or cocktail when mixed with Club Soda and frozen Peaches.
