World's Fair Barbecue Rub

This blend commemorates the 1893 World's Fair, when the world came to Chicago. Liven up chicken, burgers, tofu, or pork chops with our unique blend of French shallots, Hawaiian sea salt, Thai chili peppers, Hungarian paprika, Indian peppercorns, English mustard, West African grains of paradise, and Moroccan coriander seeds.
